7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you change your mind, you can return the sealed product to us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 349 0786700) with a photo of the damaged parcel. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please reach out to our WhatsApp support team with your Order ID. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 3-5 business days.
